Description:
Need a mature, independent, motivated and responsible ranch hand for cow/calf/hay operation in Southwest Colorado. Looking for someone who desires a long-term working relationship and takes pride in their work. Knowledge and skills to operate and repair farm equipment; experience with cows & calves including branding, doctoring & calving; irrigation and fencing; all aspects of cow/calf ranch and hay operation. Must be physically able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds. During calving season and hay season, schedule is 6-7 days a week with long hours. During off season, we are flexible with time off.

Must possess a current drivers license and an insurable driving record; and pass a background check. Housing and utilities provided. One horse and one dog negotiable. Salary depends on experience.
