Description:
"Sergeant" has had miles of outside riding, through the pasture & down the highway, not bothered by the traffic. Moved cows, great on trails, crosses water & logs while ponying multiple horses. Side passes, open gates, neck reins & backs.

Catch him in the pasture & ride him back in a halter.



Friendly, steady disposition, a pleasure to work with.



We put guests on him, used him as a lesson horse for first-time-riding little kids; my 70 yr old dad has ridden him all over & gets along great with him.



Gentle ground manners, comes over to a fence to mount. Rides western or english, gone over low jumps. Also has been driven in a team. Good with his feet & great with other horses, loads & trailers well. Ground covering walk, good trot & nice lope. No buck.



A unique Chestnut roan, he stands 15.3hh (measured with a level & tape on concrete), good stout bone; "built" enough for any size rider. Nicely balanced in proportion; he doesn’t look as big as he is. Good feet & straight legs, wears a # 3 shoe on front, always sound.



Has a current coggins, health & soundness exam.
