Do you want to experience taking a Ranch operation to greater heights, or finish your ranch management career, taking a ranch to the top shelf.



here is an opportunity, it is not an easy task in the Midwest, and not for everyone, this VP, MUST have grit, knowledge, organization skills, and management abilities like no other.



Flying H Ranch is a 616-acre ranch sitting on the south side of Kansas City, MO. It is a roping, cattle and event center, one of only two big indoor arenas in KCMO.



The owner is hard to work for, because he expects the BEST, and will only except the BEST from this position. If you are not the BEST, please do not apply.



The VP will be responsible for all P&L’s, daily reports, making events and operations profitable, as well as advertising opportunities for the Ranch. The VP will be available to go to certain planned events such as Team Roping Finals and the NFR.



PAY: $2,000wk plus vacation and health insurance. This position does NOT offer housing.
