Description:
We are looking for a full-time rider through the first week of November 2022. We need a rider to help with moving cattle alongside a crew, riding health in summer and fall allotments alone, keep cattle off riparian areas, and help with processing cattle in chute. We have program cattle (GAP/NHTC) there will be record keeping when doctoring for health. POSITION OPEN IMMEDIATELY. Truck and trailer provided, we do have a few ranch horses if needed, a furnished one room cabin with electricity will be available up to August 1st, after August 1st there will be a two bedroom house available for you to stay in. Needs to be able to doctor calves out on allotments alone. Big mountain country. May be asked to ride a 4-wheeler when we gather our large acre allotments 8,000 acre plus in October. You may ride from 3 to 8 hours a day 5 days a week, very flexible schedule.
