JOB SUMMARY: Assist the in the day-to-day operation of the Livery and acting as the supervisor on duty in the absence of the Livery Managers. RESPONSIBILITIES: Including, but not limited to; saddle rides, packing operations, trail maintenance, barn operations and stock maintenance. Assist as needed with guide training and student ride evaluations. Assist as needed with conducting the daily safety orientation to guests prior to the rides. Assign mules to guest riders and staff based on demonstrated and known physical ability, habits and safety. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum two years supervisory experience in a livery, dude ranch or riding stable operation. Working knowledge and experience with riding livestock, preferably mules and tack associated guest riding operations. Ability to train personnel in handling of stock, safety, and customer service.
