Description:
Rocket is a well breed 15.2 hand gelding. This gelding would be a great barrel racing prospect, he is a grandson of the great Firewater Frenchman. Firewater Frenchman is the sire to the NFR barrel horse Missy ran by Jessica Routier. I picked this gelding up for My 11 yr old as a step up horse from her POA, but she wants a horse to show on right now. He is broke and takes his leads, lopes circles, gives to the bit, stops, backs, and bends well. I would not recommend him for young kid, so we have decided to let him go to someone that can give him more time and attention. He is not a bronc just too green for a young kid to take on by themselves . He is easy to catch and likes attention, gets along with everyone in the pasture, respects fences, hauls great, stands tied alone good, and wants to please. This guy will make an amazing barrel or rope horse. He just had his teeth, coggins, a trim, and vaccines done. Don’t pass up this amazing prospect!
