DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Duties include, but are not limited to:



Accounts payable entry and reconciliation

Accounts receivable collections

Assistance with state and local tax compliance

Customer and vendor compliance

Credit card tracking and deposits

QuickBooks – cash receipt entry, enter payables, track vendors

Skills and Experience Required

Strong attention to detail

Excel experience

Accounting software experience preferred

Oil and Gas industry experience preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:



Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

1-3 years relevant professional experience preferred

Oil and Gas experience preferred

Working knowledge of accounting systems (Quickbooks)

Basic understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

Intermediate Excel skills

Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality

Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods
