Description:
A cow/calf and quarter horse breeding operation located in north central Nebraska is looking to hire a couple, however the right individual will be considered. We are hiring for a ranch hand position starting on or around June 1st, 2021. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to spring calving, branding, feeding, haying, general ranch maintenance/fencing, and basic equipment maintenance.



The ideal candidates are self-starters who can work both independently, and as part of a crew. Someone with experience caring for livestock, calving, ability to work cattle horseback as all cattle work is done without ATV’s, experience with large equipment, and experience putting up hay. Additional skills such as roping, horse training, and windmill maintenance are a plus.



Competitive salary dependent upon experience. Benefits of the position beyond a monthly salary include room and board with basic utilities included, beef available, and feed for several personal horses included.
