Our Ranch is a family owned and operated Cow/Calf operation with approximately 600 acres of pivot irrigation. We are looking for an individual that is honest and hardworking with experience in haying operations including swather, baler, rake, and tractor operation. Some cattle experience is required. Have to be willing to learn how to irrigate with pivots, posses a positive attitude and be reliable. Please be self motivated! Job Description: Cattle Work (Sorting, Doctoring, Processing, Branding, Moving, and Calving) Haying (Raking, Baling, Cutting, Hauling Bales) All newer equipment. Maintenance (Oil and Filter Changes, etc.) Fencing Feeding (Bale Beds, Processors, Feed Truck) Other Ranch Duties as Directed Compensation: Monthly Salary, Room/Board, and Beef. Location: We are located 2 miles from the small town of Melstone, which has a nice elementary and High School. It is a small community with with a restaurant, bar, and mercantile. The nearest large town is Billings which is about 75 Miles. Valid Drivers License is Required Experience is required. We are looking for someone who is honest with good worth ethic, attitude, and self motivated. Must be able to adapt to cold winters and hot summers. We are also looking for someone willing to commit long term. Our small community is a great place to raise a family.
