Description:
Professional horse trainer in a successful business is looking for an instructor/training assistant to help with western lesson programs, training, leading guided rides, assisting with clinics and miscellaneous work around an active equine center. Great opportunity to learn the business and work with a successful trainer. Extensive experience with horses is required. Looking for an accomplished rider (Western or English), good with people, outstanding work ethic with leadership abilities who is accountable. Physical labor required for some job elements. Option to bring your own horse. RV accommodations on-site available and negotiable. While working with us must reside on site or within 45 minutes of Mt. Shasta, CA. Permanent position for the right person, work can be seasonal (March-December) but other work is available during the off season. Flexible hours can be arranged but some are set and mandatory.
