Description:
Nestled between the Crazy and Bridger Mountains in the picturesque Shields Valley, the 4 Diamond Ranch is looking for a Cow/Calf Foreman to join our team. The mission of the 4 Diamond Ranch is to produce high quality grass finished beef using innovative grazing and cattle management techniques while employing the best of traditional western ranching practices. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, willing to try new ways of doing things while respecting tradition, and the desire to be part of a great community.

Core duties will encompass day to day operations of the cow/calf enterprise, develop and implement annual grazing plans, develop and implement infrastructure (i.e. stock water, fencing) strategy, and report inventory and production data to the manager.

Position will assist in all other ranch operations as needed.

Benefits include, housing, beef, paid vacation, health insurance assistance. Salary DOE
