Description:
Now available, a 3 1/2 week old blue merle female border collie pup. She will be ABCA registered, will receive her first round of shots around 6 weeks of age, and will be ready to go to her new home by the end of November, just in time for an early Christmas present.



The sire is a large red merle who will work cattle. He is very intelligent, obedient, loyal, and friendly. The mother is a small/medium black and white. She has not spent much time around livestock, but is an excellent family pet, very friendly and energetic. This is the second pairing of these two. The pups from the first pairing were received very well and have found success both as family pets, and with cattle.



Although it is too early to tell she will likely have blue eyes when mature, as both the merle sire, and the merle pups from the previous pairing do. Some tricolor points are also a possibility, but like the blue eyes cannot be confirmed at this age.



These pups will be well cared for, and well socialized both with adults and small children. They should make a great addition to either your family or your farm.



I will be able to post better pictures as the pups grow a bit more, but until then pictures of individuals will be available upon request.



The pictures posted with the ad at this time include two pictures of the available female, one each of the sire (red merle) and dam (black and white), and one picture of a blue merle full sibling from the previous pairing, to give you a better idea of what this pup might look like as she grows and matures.
