Description:
Large Ranch seeking a hard working individual to help with all aspects of the Ranch. Primary duties will be assisting with the Hay Operation on the ranch. Good work ethic and strong communication skills a must.



Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•Work on all various projects under Ranch Management direction and supervision

•Operate all aspects of the Hay Operation. Must be experienced with operating tractors and all hay equipment

•Assist with Ranch security enforcement

•Operating and maintaining ranch equipment routinely

•General mechanic work

•Fence work as needed

•Ranch road maintenance



Qualifications:



•Must have experience operating large tractors and hay equipment

•Ranching background/experience preferred

•Self-motivated and willingness to do what it takes to get all jobs completed correctly

•Can lead and work well with others

•Computer/smart phone literate

•Open minded and willing to learn and facilitate change as needed
