We are not cowboys, we are cattlemen. Tammy has worked as a feedlot cowboy and also has owned her own cow/calf, backgrounding, and sheep operations but had to sell when her former husband was diagnosed with cancer. She also has many years experience with bottle calves. Jaycee has worked both as a feedlot cowboy and a ranch hand. He also does farrier work on the side. Both of us have years of experience working in a livestock sale barn where we helped move, sort, load out, pen and doctor a variety of livestock and also yard maintenance and feeding. Our family is looking to settle down and help work either a cow/calf operation or a feedlot operation. We enjoy all aspects of cattle ranching and feedlot work. Both of us have experience hauling manure, cleaning lots, running machinery such as skid steers, pay loaders, tractors, grain cart, haying equipment to name a few. Not afraid to relocate if the situation is right, always eager to continue learning, gaining knowledge and experience. We are very knowledgeable in horses as well. We have 2 dogs (not working) and 2 horses very capable of the ranching duties. We understand that we will be working for you so therefor, we will do what ever it is your way. It is your equipment/horse/pickup/etc. that we will be operating and we will treat it with respect as if its our own. We are a Christian family, from the dakotas, who believe in family values, great work ethic, and the ability to work calmly and quietly to accomplish a task in a timely manner to reduce stress to the livestock.
