Description:
Year round, long term position on a Small family estate for a Caretaker that can manage all aspects of the place.



This job is a combination of Groundskeeper, Equipment Maintenance, and mini ranch manager.



Animal husbandry - horses, cows, sheep, chickens and coordination of everything that needs to happen to keep this place nice.

Lots of mowing and maintaining equipment, gardens, lawns, multiple irrigation systems, caring for trees and fences both on this place and others.



Feeding horses and cleaning stalls. No riding required but must be comfortable and able to handle and groom horses.



Routine care for livestock.



Must have drivers license and have experience hauling trailers for equipment, livestock, horses, hay and feed.



Must be, non-smoking, responsible, respectful and self motivated. must willing to submit to a drug test. Pay based on experience, Housing/utilities possible for right person. Must provide resume with work history and minimum of two references.
