Position is for a general ranch/farm hand. THIS IS NOT A COWBOY JOB, NORE WILL YOU BE HORSE

BACK. We are a premium hay production ranch, specializing in dairy alfalfa, and grass. Minimal livestock handling is done. Ideal candidates are as follows:



Clean driving and criminal background



Mechanical ability to complete Daily maintenance and most repairs, also welding and fabrication.



General knowledge of running both farm equipment, as well as construction equipment



Ability to make or assist in the general ranch upkeep, such as corals, buildings, water system, etc



Willing to help maintain ranch yards



Construction knowledge is a plus



Knowledge or will to learn premium hay production



Ability to take direction, work well on your own, or as a team player



Irrigation with pivots, side rolls, hand line and flood is a plus or must be willing to learn



Honesty and safety practices are a must



This is beautiful ranch, that we all, including the owners, take very good care of. We take pride in our equipment as well what we produce here. There are multiple project each year ranging from

replanting fields, general excavation with heavy equipment, building general ranch infrastructure, to custom fabrication and modification to all sorts of items.



This is a full time year round position for a long term person. no horse boarding on the ranch but we will consider dogs. Competitive salary and benefits.
