He is a finished 1D barrel horse that is solid. He is not just a barrel horse, he has done every job on the ranch from dragging calves, roping and doctoring cattle in the pasture. Lane is broke like a cutter and will cut a cow. He has been used in the feed yard and will open and close any gate. He lopes cadence circles, changes leads, nice turn around, lopes out of his tracks and rides on a loose rein. Lane runs right or left, walks in and out of the gate flat footed, exhibitions at the speed you ask him to. He warms up calm, has a fun loving personality and meets you at the gate everyday. For a big horse he is really ratey and has that DTF turn and quick speed to make him fun in the smaller pens, but has the outright speed to clock in the big ones. Lane hauls great, handles all types of ground and runs in any arena setup. He has been to Big 4D races, rodeos, AQHA world show and everything in-between.
