Description:
Cow/calf ranch in western Nebraska Sandhills seeking motivated person for cattle ranch. Full time. Long term employment for the right fit. We are looking for a fit enthusiastic person to work along side owner. This is a physical job requiring mechanical skills, equipment operation, care of livestock, flexible time off, general mechanical interest and aptitude.



-Driver’s license required.

- Horseback skills a plus.



Job includes haying, feeding, and general care of cattle, fence and corral repair, critical thinking, checking water, grading tanks.



We would love to have a positive, up-beat person to match our personalities. We are serious about our work but want to make it as enjoyable as possible.



Housing provided 1/4 mile from main house gives privacy for both of us. Nice accommodations. Multi bed/bath, deck, quiet, but not suited for school age children.



Advancement in wages and benefits is possible for the right fit and experience.



Must be able to show up on time ready to work. Must be self-motivated, honest, and willing to take direction. Ability to communicate is key. This is not an absentee owner situation. Hiree will be working alongside owner. Welding experience is a plus.
