Sire of embryos; shown here at 14 mos old was the highest selling Lot in the First International Sale of Dunlouise Native Aberdeen-Angus cattle in June 26, 2017, held at the Kingston Farm in Angus Scotland. Newman was one of the first born of vintage semen over 50 years old from Jubilant 2 of Bohey (born in 1964). He possesses the classic stout wide structure and easy fleshing characteristic that enabled his ancestry to fatten on grass alone. This bull is a walking history come alive and holds great promise for the recovery of the oldest of the ancient lineages, known as the ‘Sheriff’s breed’ dating back to 1753. These are truly restorative genetics. There are two photos provided of Newman, the first being his catalog photo and the second was a cell phone photo taken moments before the auction in Angus Scotland. Notice his tremendous thickness.



Dam of the embryos is FV Cupbearer’s Jipsey Rose B101 AAA 18429175 (Pictured at 29 mos).Rose was sired by: Dunlouise Cup Bearer H283, Her dam was Woodstone’s Lady Mary 9706 a Dunlouise Jipsey Earl E161 daughter. Rose is a full “Scottish Angus” on both sides. Her first two flushes totaled an amazing 72 embryos! We are looking forward to the day that we ‘flush’ her daughters.
