Description:
We are seeking a candidate to aid in all aspects of farming, irrigation, capital improvements, some cattle work, and winter feeding. This is a full-time position. Duties could include but are not limited to:

• Irrigation – Pivot, wheel-line, and gated pipe.

• Haying – Cut, rake, and bale two cuttings of hay

• Work on capital improvements – fencing, water mainlines, stock water development

• Cattle work – aid in gathering, branding, shipping, preg-testing

We are an extensive commercial cow-calf operation based in Dubois, Wyoming. We currently irrigate and hay about 810 acres. Our forages are primarily a mix of grass/alfalfa, and pure grass stands. In addition, we have some annual forages as we turn over fields. Metrics are important to us, and we are continuing to strive for better yields, higher quality hay, better weaning weights, reproductive rates etc. We expect the candidate to work well as a team member and can work alone and be a self-starter.



Housing provided, utilities, and health insurance. Compensation is competitive.
