Description:
Behr is a charming 12 year old palomino gelding that is a jack of all trades. He stands 15.1HH and is as sweet as pie! Behr is a bona fide ranch horse. He has done it all! Branding, gathering, and even a little team roping. This gelding is smooth and easy to ride. He has better power steering than a Ferrari. Absolutely nothing will make this horse spook, or act silly in anyway. He has carried flags, tarps, and other items. Been hauled over California to events, and seen the lights of the city. Behr is safe in all scenarios and never acts up. He’s a pleasure out on the trail, and can go long distances with ease. He will always be the best behaved boy, and cross paths other horses refuse. Behr is very familiar with cattle, we have used him to gather in pretty steep country, and he always is taking care of his rider. We have started roping on him out of the box and he took to it very nicely. He’s just as simple in the arena, one handed rein, collected poll at all times, and a very easy “whoa”. He will spin off leg pressure and give to any rein cue. Behr is a horse you can use, enjoy, and get along with any day of the week! You can catch him anywhere you put him whether it be a 50 acre pasture, or a 10x10 stall. He gets along with other horses or is also fine being off by himself. He clips, ties, and bathes without any issues. Loads and hauls like a champ, and is an absolute angel for the farrier. Behr will suit anyone in the western riding industry, just starting out, or the seasoned vet.
