Description:
Nice handmade bit; well-made swivel cheek curb bit with sterling silver mountings. 1998 award bit marked BILL DIXON inside on one side and 129 inside on the other side. Copper wrapped mouth. Shanks measure 7 1/2" long, the mouth is just over 5" wide. Intact and original, no damage or repairs; light signs of use and wear, surface scratching on the silver, light surface rust.
