Seeking someone to manage our 38 acre Farm in DeBeque CO. We keep 6 to 7 horses on the property in the winter. Basic care of the horses. Then spring and summer 1 cow and 2 Alpacas, and 5 chickens stay at the Farm. Up keep of property mowing, skid steer work. Welding, knows tools and up keep of machinery. Working on sometimes our sprinklers and pivot. Weed eating, and lawn care. We have all new and well maintained machines. Huge shop with tools and equipment. Very nice apartment on property. We want someone self motivated and likes to keep a property looking beautiful. Great opportunity for the right person
