Description:
Mad Doc Madera (RED PIG) is one great horse. At 12 he is in his prime. I bought him from a cowboy when he was 7. The last five years has been more trail riding and teaching grand kids to ride on him. Patient and kind, he is a very gentle guy, very well broke, cowy and super well mannered. He has been used heavily for all walks of ranch work including roping calves, pulling the sled, dragging calves at branding, and sorting cattle at the stock yards. He knows his way around a gate and is extremely fun to sort on! He has always been the same horse, day and day out. Previous owner/Trainer stated that he was is trained for Mounted Shooting, I have not done that so I can not attest to it. Very hard to sell such a good horse, but life changes.
