Description:
Mya is a 7-month-old Border Collie female, smooth coated black and white tri with brindle coloring on her legs. Registration is pending with ABCA but will be mailed when papers arrive from the breeder. Mya is out of proven trial and work parents who have both been to National Finals in MSSA and NCA for cattle and sheep but work the family cattle ranch the rest of their time Sire is Shep (SCR Ike x Kate) these are Broken Circle and Rindall’s Cap lines. And dam is Slash J Storm who is out of an imported male called Jim related to Sergio Perello’s famous Jim dog and a cowbred Border Collie female. A fun combination of imported sheepdog lines and cow dog lines should make for a versatile pup that could go any directions.



Mya is exposed to sheep and goats and is going to balance. She shows a strong desire to gather and cover (keep her stock together). She seems levelheaded and biddable but is not overly sensitive. She looks like she will have some style and be easy to train. She offers a little bite but doesn’t appear to be an alligator. She has feel and reads her stock.



Mya is crate trained, knows some basic obedience commands, has been in the house, is a good traveler and has been socialized as well as raised around children.



Vices- sometimes vocal when left in the crate or kennel. And she will climb out of a short fence or kennel to be with you but doesn’t leave home. She likes to be with her people.



Mya is an above average prospect. I have her and a littermate brother and I prefer his working style just a bit more so that’s the reason she is available. Please contact me for videos of Mya or for my dog training business social media pages.
