Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Ranch Lodge Maintenance Attendee.

About Us: The Broken O Ranch is known across the farming and ranching community as one of the most grand and spectacular ranching operations of the west. Located in Augusta, MT this 139,000-acre operation is home to one of the largest commercial cow herds in the United States. Great Falls, Montana’s third largest city, is a comfortable 45-min drive from the ranch HQ’s.

Responsibilities:

•Regular Inspections: Establish a schedule for routine inspections of the lodge’s facilities, including guest rooms, common areas and exterior systems.

•Preventive Maintenance: Develop a preventive maintenance plan to address issues before they become major problems. This includes tasks like checking HVAC systems, inspecting plumbing for leaks, ensuring the sprinkler system is working and examining electrical systems for potential hazards.

•Cleaning and Housekeeping: Ensure that cleaning schedules are in place for all areas of the lodge, including guest rooms, bathrooms, dining areas, and outdoor spaces.

•Groundskeeping: Maintain the landscaping and outdoor areas of the lodge, including lawn care, gardening, and upkeep of pathways and outdoor furniture.

•Safety and Security: Regularly inspect safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and emergency lighting. Ensure that all locks and security systems are functioning properly.

•Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and service equipment such as kitchen appliances, laundry machines, and recreational facilities (e.g., pool, gym equipment).
