Description:
We’re looking for a Ranch Hand/Manager. Maddi’s Friesian Ranch owners are retiring and we have partnered with Damuth Performce Horses. This is not a horse training or riding position. You will work closely with the owners of Damuth Performance Horses. We required a minimum of 2 years of experience, personal and work references, and a clean background check. Job will pay a good hourly salary, depending on experience, including paid OT when needed (or if desired) at straight pay. We provide a very nice 4 bdr. house, with a master suite that has it’s own bathroom. Hot tub outside.

Duties include putting up and repairing fences, managing flood irrigations, mucking, and normal ranch duties. You will be mucking 20+ stalls a day.

You will be REQUIRED to work weekends. We’re looking for a long term employee who can work on their own. www.MaddisFriesianRanch.com

We would consider a trainee with the right work ethics and attitude. And you would still get a decent salary and work environment. We are looking for a long term, team member (not cheap labor).
