Wanted - Camp Cook, two positions open. We are a successful Big Game Hunting Outfitter in NW Colorado located near Craig, CO. 2024 is our 26th year to professionally outfit and we have over 85% return clients.



One position for a base camp cabin Cook. Job starts July 1 and ends Mid November. The job entails cooking for 6 to 12, helping plan menus, keeping the Chuck Cabin clean and shopping for supplies/food. Our Chuck Cabin is well equipped with a gas range, refrigerator/freezers, grills and a comfortable working set-up. Good work ethic, strong people skills a must. We cannot accommodate pets. Non-smoker. We are looking for an honest, ethical person who wants to be part of a great team. Shared housing is provided along with meals.



The other position is a cook for our pack-in wall tent camp during the guided hunts. This position is available early September through mid November. Our guided hunts are 7 days, and cooking for 10 people. The accommodations are wall tents. Our cook tent is well equipped. Person must be able to ride a horse as our camps are in non-motorized areas. Backcountry camping and cooking skills are a must. When not cooking in the pack in camp, the job entails helping out at our base camp cabins. Good work ethic, strong people skills a must. We cannot accommodate pets. Non-smoker. We are looking for an honest, ethical person who wants to be part of a great team. Shared housing is provided along with meals.
