He’s bomb proof and will suit anyone from 8 to 80. He’s 13.2 and made like a ranch gelding and has big bone and a good frame. He’s been used on a ranch by the kids to help dad with daily tasks. They’ve drug hundreds of calves to the fire on him. He was the ranch owners wife’s personal horse on the weekends and she’s very novice and he took care of her. The kids have ridden him all over the ranch and done everything fun you could ever think of including take him swimming, use him as a diving board and ride him bareback. The grandfather rode him to prowl pastures and check for strays. He’s great to ride in the arena. He has a great handle and is a blast to ride. He neck reins, pivots, pick up his leads, lope circles and stops great. The kids drive the steers up the alley in the roping pen. They track the score cattle down the pen with him. He’s been tracking and roping the dummy. He’s an awesome trail horse and has been ridden miles and miles. He’ll go through any kind of terrain you want to ride through. He’s been hauled to Colorado, New Mexico and Montana and ridden up in the mountains. If you’re looking for a unique large pony/small horse for anyone in your family then don’t miss Louie.
