Pete Oen Barrel Horses in Ardmore, OK is in search of hiring a full time position. This is NOT a riding/training position, no riding skills are needed. This is also not a traveling position, it’s full time at the ranch. Must be at least 18 yrs of age, have a valid drivers license, no criminal record, and non drug/alcohol user. Looking for someone who already has common "horse" sense and good stall cleaning skills. Someone who has morals and a TRUE work ethic. Job duties will be but not limited to: feeding, cleaning stalls, tending to pasture horses, mowing, and misc ranch chores. Anything that has to do with upkeep of a horse ranch is a possibility of duties on the list... You will get one day a week off. I will provide for FREE: 850 sq foot newly furnished apartment to live in with full utilities (cable tv, wifi internet, electric, water, washer/dryer, full kitchen w/basic utensils/supplies). Must have basic house cleaning skills and maintain a clean living environment. And be aware of your appearance on the ranch. A sense of humor is a plus and being able to go with the flow is important. If you are not strong enough to pick up a full wheel barrel, bale of hay, or bag of grain please do not apply. Base pay is $500/week. You will have no rent/living expenses. Your only expenses will be your personal ones. No dogs, no drama. Must have references. Must be able to start ASAP.
