He is extremely broke and quiet enough for absolutely anyone to ride. He is extremely sure footed and smooth. He’s got a nice slow jog and a rocking chair lope (feels like you are sitting in a lazy boy recliner), rides great alone or in a group of other horses. He doesn’t spook at different objects or when he is in an unfamiliar place, “Chip” rides the same no matter what. He doesn’t freshen up with time off either, making him about as good of a horse as you could ever ask for. He stands to be shod, saddled, mounted, etc. “Chip” has extensive use being a ranch horse, he has drug calves to fire, & sorted some in the feed yard. He has also been more recently used for 2 day trail rides and as a parade horse for a sheriffs possee. He is also very broke in the arena, takes both leads, you can pick him up from a walk right into a slow lope. “Chip” is AQHA registered, stands 15.2/15.3 and weighs 1250lbs. He has good, solid black feet and is currently shod on all 4. He’s 100% sound and sane, and believe me when I say he’s not going to last long at this price.
