Art is listed in Old Cowboy Saddles & Spurs by Gretchen and Mike Graham. It is marked with his maker mark in the center. It is a heavy duty collar made out of double and stitched skirting leather. It is smooth side out. It has all stainless hardware with the exception of the tug buckles and they are nickel plated steel. It has a new center strap that was riveted on the original strap and the fleece matting is matted from use. It has a lot of use left in it. This would be a nice pulling collar to use.
