Description:
Confetti is a flashy 13 year old appaloosa gelding, with a ton of color and shape. He is 15.1 hh and approximately 1100 pounds, with a good hip, pretty head and a kind eye, four black feet and plenty of bone. He is gentle and very nicely broke, with a good one handed neck rein and smooth gaits. Confetti has been used as a trail horse his entire life, and has been hauled to numerous ranches and state parks for full day and multi day trail rides. He is excellent on trails, very sure footed, and will go up, over or through anything you point him at. Confetti is laid back but responsive, with more whoa than go, content to walk quietly all day long but will easily step into a trot or lope when asked. He is good on both leads, will work a gate, and is very uncomplicated to ride. Confetti is a pleasure to ride out in the pasture, crosses water with no problem, and will happily lead or follow. He has been ridden by advanced beginners and older youths with no problem, and is very forgiving of a riders mistakes. He is just a good, solid riding horse, the same every time you ride him. Confetti has never offered to buck, rear, bite, kick, or take off, and is the same horse every time you ride him. He can go for weeks without being ridden and then you can just step right up on him and ride off. Confetti will leave the group willingly and will happily lead or follow. He has also been ridden along the side of the road and in traffic and is not bothered by it. Previous owner said he would occasionally set back while tied if startled, but I have not had him do it with me.
