"Coolest Whispers" is a 12yo AQHA gelding with a cool resume and the best looks you can get on a plain sorrel. He stands roughly 14.3hh and I don’t need to tell you that he’s a tank. Just look at his pics! He came here to be tuned up and consignment by me and accompanying him was a hand written 3 page note of his life history! Whisper was born and raised in the mountains of Montana. He was used as transport to school for an Amish girl and then sold to the ranch colt breaker where he eventually moved to LA with their family. He has been on tons of 1-2 week camping trips, ponied horses as well as their 5yo girl at that time. Eventually she rode him alone when she got older and then showed him in halter at 4-h events. He even did a little team sorting. The last two years he has been with a couple here locally and he has only been rode twice in those two years due to busy schedules and health issues with the owner. He has been here a few weeks getting rode daily and although he isn’t fancy in the arena just yet he is sure enough gentle and a great trail and ranch riding mount. I’ve rode him all over, swung the rope on him but have not tied or roped cattle yet, done trail obstacles, pushed back cattle and gathered on him. He’ll do lead line and follow someone to the ends of the earth if you ask him. He has mainly been rode in groups but he will ride off alone for someone that can point him where to go.
