Kelly is listed in Bit and Spur Makers in the Texas Tradition by Ned and Jody Martin. It is marked Kelly on the port. This bit is probably from the 1940’s. The bit is steel mounted with nickel silver. There are some small dings in conchos and some minor rust build up. When laid flat on a table one ring sits about 1/32nd off the table. This would be a nice bit to add to a collection or could still be used today.
