Electric hydraulic jack ( Equalizer AM 124 ), rear tack with 4 saddle racks, hay rack with ladder, mangers w/ storage underneath, escape door, walk through door between LQ and horses. Rubber mats, floor and kick wall. two propane tanks, new battery, a/c with heat stripe, direct vent furnace, water storage tank w/ electric pump and holding tanks, water heater, actual queen mattress, separate shower and toilet, microwave, 3.1 cu in fridge with freezer (3 way), wet sink, bench seats w/ removable dining table, closets in the bathroom, lots of cupboards. Non smoker and pressure washed out after each use and kept in a shed. Spare tire and loading lights. Asking $15,000.00 Trailer is located near Hays, Kansas I have more pictures that can be emailed.
