Description:
Fully floral tooled G. Thissell Wade. Fully stitched and lined. Marked G. Thissell Maker Cottonwood CA on the front of the seat and on both latigo catchers. Six string conchos, both bucking roll conchos, rope strap buckle and rigging rivets are silver. Harwood stainless front, rear rigging hardware and hobble carrier.



This saddle is in great shape, hardly ridden as you can see by the pictures. Hard to describe if you have never seen a Thissell in person. The stitching, tooling and construction are second to none, that is why you rarely see them for sale. Gaylerd Thissell is a master saddle maker and has been making saddles since 1946.



Seat size is 16" when measured to the swell, 16 1/2" when measured to the base of the horn. New 5" Visalia style Nicholas Stirrups from Blackfoot Idaho. New Tips Bucking Rolls.



Always stored indoors in a smoke free environment. Comes just as you see it in the pictures with matching flank cinch and two newer latigos.
