We can show up, and hit the ground running without supervision starting from the office to working outside with cattle. Yes, we do it all with pride, integrity, and positivity. We guarantee results, and improvement without having to break a budget. With both of us being owner operators as well as being employed, we will take care of thing’s the same way as if we owned it. Currently, we reside in Nebraska, but have no problem relocating. Skills Preparing show list’s for fat cattle, sorting fat cattle for slaughter, excellent horsemanship, and cattle handling, shipping and receiving cattle,proficient with cattle com, Microsoft,and Micro computer systems, talking with customers in person,and on the phone,prioritizing tasks and duties, leading and supervising employee’s with diverse personalities, overseeing and making decisions on doctoring, and vaccination protocols with and without a consulting veterinarian, excellent leadership skills (making sure employee’s are properly trained, and comfortable with their duties) roping and doctoring cattle on pastures, cleaning pens or corrals, keeping facilities clean neat, organized, and presentable,calving cows and heifers, overseeing grazing land, overseeing feeding operations with and without a nutritionist, excellent communication skills both verbal and writen, overseeing maintenance on equipment, holding morning meetings with employees, heat detection, AI skills, record keeping, keeping daily operation logs, we both are very successful pen riders, and can help and train employees with the desire to learn, and how to read cattle. Both of us are ranch raised, and where taught at a very young age, and believe that this is not a job, we believe it is a privilege to do what we do.
