Tex is a 11 year old, 15.2 hand, 1200# Gray Ranch gelding.This is a big gentle ranch horse that came off the Pitchfork Ranch in west Texas and carriers their brand. Tex is one of those go to horses and great for any job, stays gentle and works for just about anyone that can climb on him. Will do any job on the ranch and good at it all. Tex will hold a rope to Doctor or tie one down and has tied down plenty of grown cows and bulls and also drug them in the trailer.Very good in the toughest rocks and thickest brush. Tex has also roped enough in the arena to go and make a good one.
