Description:
Very collectible pair of Ray Anderson made spurs. They are marked RAY ANDERSON 157, unworn, mounted with sterling and brass. Mr. Ray always mounted with sterling. He started making in 1971 and numbered in numerical order, beginning with 1. His last were 1500 plus some. His works have always been collectible it seems. This pair has 1 1/4" rowels, 2 1/4" shanks, 2 13/16" heel openings that can be spread some. He is featured in the Martin’s book on modern makers. He is one of the top Texas style makers in the last 50 years, in my opinion. We pay shipping within the 48 states and accept most forms of payment.
