Description:
Private ranch near Steamboat Springs, CO is seeking an experienced couple to join our team and assist the ranch managers in every aspect of daily ranch work.

Man’s focus will be rotational grazing of livestock (cattle, horses, bison) using low stress handling, maintaining and building fence, weed control, haying, general operations and guest hospitality. He must be mechanically inclined to help manage, diagnose, and maintain a variety of vehicles and equipment.

The woman’s priorities will include horseback riding and keeping the dude horses gentle and physically fit for family and guest trail rides. She will assist with livestock management and general ranch duties. A background in guest ranch hospitality and marketing is desired.

Both should be self-motivated with good communication skills, be progressive thinkers and willing to learn. This is NOT a management position. Couple must be willing and able to follow directions and be team members while also showing initiative and ownership for their areas of responsibility.
