We are available to start in a new position at any time. Jonathan is in search of a full time position and Ally is available to work full time or part time however it does not have to be a “couples” position. Our number one priority is to be able to work for general good people that will advise us, support us, and enjoy life with us as it quickly passes by. We treat everyone like family and hope to have that connection with our future work family. We have been married three years as of October 11th of 2017 and we are both 25 years old. We enjoy dancing, riding, hunting, and time spent together. We are in search of a position with a provided home that will allow us to have our two quarter horses and two well behaved and highly trained dogs (Ace & Ruger.) Jonathan: Some of the skills I obtain are problem solving, fire and rescue, gun safety, riding, roping, farming, fencing, haying, cattle work, swine, turkey houses, welding, calf pulling, heavy equipment operation, trailer hauling, herd health, doctoring, and more. Through my years in the military I gained experience in first aid, tactical combat skills, tracking, mapping, mechanics, organization, and leading. Prior to my time in the USMC, I took some time to attend Northwest Missouri State University to begin earning my degree in Agriculture Science. Not long after my college journey started I found myself spending more time working a feedlot instead of attending classes. I would like to say at this time I do feel I could accomplish the education side of the agriculture industry, however I do not desire to do so. At the age of 16, I became a certified fire fighter for the Elkton Volunteer Fire Company. That experience alone gave me skills I will hold onto for a lifetime including fire safety, hazmat, forest fire containment, search and rescue, first aid, CPR, and a general appreciation of life for humans and animals. Ally: To me some of my strongest skills are my problem solving, leadership, and organizational skills. If there is a task to be completed I will make sure it gets done well and properly. If it needs a spreadsheet to effectively insure communication and completion I will make one. Whether it is making sure 100 horses are tended to or having food prepared for 75 people I will organize the chaos and have it completed. I enjoy event planning to maximize business profit, cater to clients, and keep the business name well known to community and the industry. Other skills I have are equine care and breeding, cattle work, branding, haying, riding, equine sales, horsemanship, trailing hauling, and other general farming responsibilities. My riding experiences include cutting, team penning, ranch sorting, and pleasure trail riding. As an HR representative myself I look at what a person may possess as a characteristic. If you were to ask me what characteristic trait I have that makes me a key part in your operations, I would tell you my willingness. There isn’t a thing I won’t learn how to do and there isn’t a thing I wouldn’t do to help others, within reason.
