Great opportunity for someone interested in working on a ranch property in southern California.



We have a 38 acre horse boarding and training facility situated in Inyokern,Kern County.

It is currently operating as such and bringing income.



Seeking Honest, Self-Motivated Responsible person to manage daily operations .

As the owner would not be on the property very often, consistent & comprehensive communication with owners is important.

Couple must have excellent health and a strong work ethic.



We need someone with training and experience in caring for animals and someone who has experience in overseeing the day to day operations needed to run a horse boarding operation. It would be helpful to have knowledge of operating farm equipment such as tractors and atv’s etc.

Duties include some gardening, security, exterior and interior building maintenance.





In consideration of maintaining the ranch in good repair and general upkeep of the property. The successful applicant for the position of Ranch Manager will have use of a small 2 bedroom Guest House on the property which is furnished.

Basic utilities including water, gas, electric paid.



The responsibilities of the Horse Boarding would include providing feeding and cleaning for the horses.

******The Ranch Manager would receive all income generated from the Horse Boarding and be responsible for the purchase of necessary feed/hay, also invoicing clients who are boarding their horses.*****
