NOT a seasonal job!



Will be right hand man to Ranch Manger working 200+ head of cows and 150+ head of sheep as well as ranch projects.

We rotate pastures, feed, check waters and fence on horseback, feed truck or both. You must be open to using horses and feed trucks - we don’t do all one or the other.

We are a working family ranch with a quarter horse breeding program as well. If you are horse savvy you will be allowed to take a few horses in your own string but it is not a requirement. Horses will be put in your string based on experience.

We are looking for someone that either knows how or is capable of learning how to drive machinery ( tractors, sky track, skid steer, front loader, dump truck etc).

You must be respectful, honest, hard working, flexible, and work well as a team when needed. We have no time or patience for disrespect ( to coworkers and bosses as well as equipment on ranch), lying or laziness.

Living arrangements and work truck will be provided and expected to be kept as nice as the day you move in. Pay is based on experience. You may have maximum of 2 horses on property and we will take care of feed and shoes as a job benefit.
