Description:
Ben Tarrell Ranch Saddle made in Boise Idaho. 15 1/2- 16" based on where you measure from. It rides like a 16". 7/8ths flat plate double rigging. The leather is thick and very supple. Deep, arrowhead stamping throughout. Leather is in excellent condition and has been completely cleaned, oiled, and saddle buttered. I re-fleeced it with a 1", genuine bark-tanned sheep skin. All the old stitches were removed, and the new stitches were placed back into the original holes all the way around on both skirts. New, full length top quality brown latigo strings, too. The saddle has the original back billets, original stirrups, and original back girth. The tree has fit everything I’ve put it on and is not very narrow like many of the BT saddles were. The ground seat is extremely comfortable. The rig has not seen much use and has certainly been taken care of. You’re not likely to find a BT in this condition again.
