This Sundowner has a 10.5’ short wall living quarters. This trailer is 7’6" tall, 8’ wide and has an empty weight of about 10500#. It has a hay rack. The living quarters - the trailer is 8’ wide, the living quarters is spacious. The door has a retractable screen. In the living area there is a large couch that can fold into the bed. Next to the couch is a 6 cu ft fridge and separate freezer. There is an abundance of storage in this trailer! There are cabinets in the kitchen and in the GN nose area. The kitchen has a double sink with covers, a cooktop, and a microwave. The GN bed area has a rv queen sized sleep number mattress, upgraded lighting and cabinets all the way around. The bathroom has a large triangular shower and two large cabinets. The vanity has a sink, cabinet underneath and a medicine cabinet. The living area has air conditioning as well as a propane wave heater. Also there is a pass through door to the horse area. The horse area has double rear doors, and a collapsible rear tack. The first stall has an escape door, the second, third and fourth stalls have mangers with exterior access. There are two solid padded dividers and one telescoping padded divider. The head wall has the drop down feed doors with safety bars. The tail wall has sliding windows for added airflow. Plus each stall has a pop up roof vent for even more air circulation. The collapsible rear tack has a 4 tier saddle rack, bridle hooks, a blanket bar, a mesh brush organizer, and a brush tray. The rear tack can collapse down against the wall if needed. There are two exterior manger doors - one has a mesh organizer on the door with open storage inside. There is also a 50 gallon external water tank.
