Description:
CATES 2966 marked bit made by the late Jerry Cates of Amarillo, Tx. This bit is in very good used codition with 5 1/4" mouth and 6 1/4" cheeks. I believe this is an old Bayers pattern. This bit is a great representation of the award winners skill of bit and spurs making. Nice using bit that will fit many bit collections.
