Husband Objective I am looking for a position as a ranch manager or part of a team using my skills in the right environment. I have held a CDL license with a class A endorsement since 1990. I have experience pulling doubles, triples, and tankers. I have owned my own business which helped me develop excellent leadership skills. Experience Ranch, Bowie, Texas — February 2014 - Current I am the Ranch Manager at the ranch. My job duties included feeding, doctoring and general care of approximately 400 head of cow/calf pairs; fencing and all general maintenance of 2,700 acres of cattle pastures; managing all hay making operations on approximately 500 acres; and, general maintenance of all heavy equipment on the ranch. TMK Feeds — March 2009 - February 2014 I was a Truck Driver for TMK. I drove a bulk feed truck for deliveries and delivered bag feed to customers. Also assisted in preparing a wide variety of livestock feeds in the mill. Widder’s Transportation, Dover, Ohio — September 2001 - March 2009 I was the Owner of the company. The main business activities were hauling livestock, transporting steel and also providing transportation to the Amish. Skills I am a self motivated individual with a knowledge of a variety of equipment; vast farming knowledge; calving experience; great communication skills; and an excellent work ethic. Wife Objective I am looking for a position working with horses; ranch record keeping; or any position that fits my skills in advertising. In addition to selling horses on my own website, I have successfully sold horses in conjunction with Superior Livestock for the past six year and in 2017 had the highest selling horse at their annual video auction. I have trained many successful show and ranch horses, with a number of repeat customers. I have experience with a wide variety of horse breeds and disciplines, such as Quarter Horses, Gypsy Vanners, barrel, ranch and roping horses. I have also trained successful western pleasure, hunter under saddle and mounted shooting horses. Experience Ranch, Bowie, Texas — February 2014 - July 2017 I was the Horse Manager at the ranch. My job duties included feeding, grooming and general care of over 20 head of horses; keeping ranch horses in shape and ready to use at all times.; training young horses to perform ranch duties; breaking weanlings to lead and be handled; breaking and continuing training on young horses to perform at shows; and, trimming hooves of all ranch horses. I also was required to assist with moving hay, doctoring cattle and keeping records. Chiropractic office, Ohio — March 2012 - February 2014 I was a Massage Therapist. I performed massage therapy to compliment the chiropractic care, including deep tissue massage to patients with chronic and acute pain issues. Perfect Horse 4 U, Dover, Ohio — January 2001 - Current Own and operate a website specifically designed for advertising and selling horses. Have sold over 200 horses since 2001. I manage the content, including shooting and posting of pictures and videos. Skills I have significant experience fitting horses for sale; creating quality photos and videos to promote horses; advertising horses online; training problem horses; training and fitting horses for show; and, managing and maintaining a ranch and stable.
