Description:
Commander is a nice well built beautiful 5yr old Buckskin gelding with 4 black legs, mane and tail with no white. He has been on our place since he was a colt. He stands 15.2 hands and weighs in at 1250 lbs. He has a lot of eye appeal and an easy going disposition. He has great ground manners and is a gentleman to be around. Commander has done many of ranch chores such as gathering, sorting, doctoring, checking fences as well as skidding out timber. He is a people pleaser with a super sweet disposition. This gelding is quiet, gentle and knows how to handle a rope with a lot of cow sense. He has a superb neck rein and stop. Commander spins, knows his leads and is very soft in the face. This nice gelding is a Cadillac to ride on or off the trail. He shoes, hauls, ties and loads with no issues. Even though Commander is big, he is very athletic and moves well off of leg pressure and flexes well throughout his body. This quality gelding should excel in any disciple you decide to take him.
