The lodge is a large, 9 bed room facility with quality furnishings, great kitchen and utensils. The groups range in size from small family gatherings to 20+ guest events. The ranch provides a quality and clean atmosphere for its owners and their guests. As the Cook/Housekeeper, your responsibilities will entail but not be limited to: • Ordering and purchasing of supplies, food and beverage for the ranch • Cleaning and maintaining the interior of the lodge and the sleeping accommodations at the main compound (Sweeping, Mopping, Dusting, Cleaning surfaces, changing sheets, washing sheets and laundry, Cleaning dishes and keeping organized) • Making sure rooms are prepared for guests before arrival • Turning over the rooms and making ready for the next group • Monitoring the lodge and rooms for maintenance and upkeep • Menu Planning and preparation for each group • Organize 2-3 meals per day while guests are on site • Cook and help serve meals • Keep the kitchen clean during and after meals • Understand certain food requirements and allergies with each group • Working weekends during hunting season Qualifications: In order to apply, you must have prior experience with and be capable of: • Steaks • Salads • Multiple side dishes and vegetables • Wild Game frying and grilling • Fish • Chicken • Casserole’s • Mexican Dishes • Deserts • Breakfast dishes and casserole’s • Ability to work long hours during guest stays • Maintaining lodges and living accommodations Please send resumes and references to graingerranchrecruiting@gmail.com with Pearsall as the subject line.
